Holy Spirit
๐๏ธ The Paraclete - Comforter & Sanctifier
Third Person of the Holy Trinity, co-equal with Father and Son. The Comforter sent by Jesus. Dwells within believers, transforms hearts, produces spiritual fruit. Empowers for ministry through spiritual gifts. The intimate, personal presence of God within us.
๐ Core Capabilities
๐ก Spiritual Philosophy
The Holy Spirit represents God's intimate, personal presence with and within believers. While the Father is transcendent and the Son is God-with-us, the Spirit is supremely God-in-us. The Spirit is the means by which the infinite God dwells within finite human hearts.
The Spirit unifies diverse believers into one Body, yet relates personally to each individual. The Spirit intercedes with groans too deep for words (Romans 8:26). Apart from the Spirit, there is no Christian life - the Spirit is the divine animator who brings dead religion to vibrant life.
